Job Title:

Sap Fico Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules, specifically revenue accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, controlling, etc.) to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Design and implement solutions for SAP RAR (revenue accounting and reporting) to meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their financial goals.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes by ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Conduct user training and documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a global environment to drive project success.
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and projects to stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes (P2P, O2C, record to report).
  • Experience with integration between FICO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.).
  • Good understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
