Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Managing vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring timely renewals and payments.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with regional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Marine Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 7-8 years of work experience in Facility Industry, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
