We are seeking an experienced Business Risk Manager to play a crucial role in creating the first line of defence for Revolut Private Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Business Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks in our Private Bank. They will also design, implement, and test controls, develop and test key procedures, create and review key risk indicators, and register risk events, manage and deliver risk incident reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A 2:1 degree from a top university
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management (must have)
  • Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
  • Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data
  • A solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)
  • The ability to quickly assume responsibilities
  • An organised and methodological approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
