We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Senior Technical Analyst to join our team in Mumbai, India. Reporting directly to the Operations Technology Director, UK, this full-time position (minimum 10 months) offers regional coverage and enables you to make a significant impact on the development of our target Real Estate platform, Yardi Voyager.

About the Role

This is a unique chance to oversee Fund Services Technology – Real Estate development projects, encompassing report developments for our Business and Clients, as well as functionality improvements. As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Yardi, quality assurance engineers, designers, and stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are met and quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing items on Operations Technology – Fund Services backlog recorded as developments, working closely with Yardi, the Yardi Voyager support team, the Business, and Vistra's Clients.
  • Reviewing and overseeing Requirement Gathering/scoping documents prepared by Business Analysts.
  • Managing the design and creation of key operational Yardi Voyager modules.
  • Coordinating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with the Yardi Voyager support team and the Business on any issues relating to data or bug fixes.
  • Assisting with extraction, import (into Yardi), and helping business teams reconcile financial and non-financial data.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • A key subject matter expert resource for global real estate projects and initiatives.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc assignments as directed/necessitated to ensure group success and progress towards the digital transformation strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 6-8 years of experience working with Yardi Voyager system.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, coding, and user interface creation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Yardi report development and report types (scripted, YSL, YSR, SSRS, Custom Analytics).
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager schema.
  • Experience with data-extraction and client onboarding processes related to Yardi, including use of ETL tools for accounting data migration.
  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience documenting and tracking stored procedures/code in tools like Jithub.
  • A proven track-record of successful delivery of critical projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Significant experience in Stakeholder Management, Program Delivery, and Functional Specification.
