Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the process of finding and hiring top talent for various roles within the real estate sector, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure a positive and productive work environment that fosters engagement and retention.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies across the organisation, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans to drive organisational success.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organisational effectiveness through innovation and best practices.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures that attract and retain top talent.
  • Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth, enabling employees to meet their full potential.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies, handling audits and reporting as needed to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Culture Building: Promote a positive organisational culture that drives employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
