Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist

- Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Perform continuous monitoring of networks to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Collaborate with global service providers to diagnose and resolve complex network issues promptly.
- Develop and implement proactive measures to minimize downtime and ensure rapid restoration of services.
- Cisco Routing Technologies
- Configure, manage, and support Cisco routing technologies to ensure seamless communication across the network.
- Provide expert-level technical guidance on the deployment and maintenance of Cisco infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement optimized network architectures that meet business needs.
- Switching and Firewall Operations
- Ensure the smooth operation of switching and firewall systems to maintain data integrity and security.
- Develop and implement best practices for configuration management, change control, and problem-solving.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in these areas.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication (EXTC) or equivalent.
- CCNA/CCNP certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in network engineering and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologies.
- Good knowledge of Switching and Firewalls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
