Job Title: Infrastructure Development SpecialistInfrastructure Development Specialists play a vital role in solar installation site planning, design and management. Their expertise spans across civil engineering, structural analysis, and project execution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of locations for solar installations.
  • Consider factors like topography, geotechnical conditions, drainage, and environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan infrastructure components such as access roads, fencing, laydowns, and drainage systems.
  • Provide input on site grading, drainage, and layout optimization to maximize space efficiency.
  • Support civil design of solar projects, including site layout, demolition, grading, stormwater management calculations, foundation design, and structural considerations.
  • Prepare and submit permit applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil3D, HydroCAD, STAAD-Pro, ETABS.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in civil-structural engineering, preferably in solar, BESS, substation design or renewable energy projects.
