Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-facing Interior Designer to lead our sales and design efforts.

This role combines creative design skills with sales expertise, requiring the ability to prepare compelling design proposals, estimate project costs, and convert leads into clients.

The ideal candidate will be the front face for all design-related client interactions, demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and great communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized design proposals for pitch meetings, aligning with client preferences and project scope.
  • Create accurate project estimates based on approved design proposals.
  • Negotiate with clients to drive project closures.
  • Represent the company in client design meetings, ensuring a strong and confident presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless design and execution.
  • Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales roles.
  • Proficient in preparing design proposals, estimates, and client presentations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value projects.
  • Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and execution processes.
