Lead Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Interior Designer to lead our team of designers in creating premium home designs for discerning customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
  • Create detailed design solutions that meet client needs, including quoting, designing, and producing production drawings
  • Focus on multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Analyze sales reports, project timelines, and client satisfaction to inform design decisions
  • Work closely with various departments to enhance design offerings and improve client experience

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-year Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable institution
  • 10+ years of industry experience OR 6+ years of experience with at least 2 years in HL
  • Site experience required, with confidence in installing proposed designs with minimal site hassle
  • Customer-centric approach, balancing functionality, aesthetics, and budget considerations
  • Mandatory exposure to residential projects and Google Sketchup software knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with English as a primary language and local language desirable
