Interior Design Lead

Job Description:

As a creative and innovative interior design leader, you will develop client-centric solutions and manage the project lifecycle from conception to completion. Your role involves frequent interactions with clients, staying updated on design trends, and ensuring effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience: Own the client experience throughout the project, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Design Quality: Lead and ensure the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of leading at least 5-6 residential projects.
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in:
  • Conceptual Design: Layout planning, style development, and mood boards.
  • Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution strategies, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular Design: Understanding of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  • Civil Works & Services: Specifications and installation details.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Result-oriented with strong teamwork and integrity.
  • Crisp and effective communication skills.
  • A proactive learner with a drive to enhance performance within an independent team setting.
