  • Maximize revenue by meeting business objectives and delivering on paid claims efficiently.">
  • Resolve customer complaints within established turnaround times (TAT).">
  • Reduce non-fielded transaction rate (NFTR) percentage.">
  • Manage and analyze data using Management Information Systems (MIS) and reports.">
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure resolution of actionable items related to General Operations (GO).">
  • Track and manage medical reports, including booking and follow-up with customers.">
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within TAT.">
  • Optimize collections and improve cash flow.">
  • Implement effective strategies to reduce Non-Cracked (NC) cases through field operations.">
  • Boost autopay traction and adoption.">
  • Manage the end-to-end operational process, collaborating with teams in the field and distribution leaders.">
  • Coordinate with various departments, including Underwriting (UW), Policy Issuance, Finance, IT, for seamless processing and service delivery across locations.">
  • Monitor and maintain quality dashboards to track business performance.">
  • Promote the adoption of digital initiatives among distribution partners.">

  • Timely and accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting.">
  • Efficient workflow management, ensuring timely WIP movement and business processing.">
  • Improvement in key processes across field operations.">
  • Successful tracking of new business parameters, including P2A, FTR, Business Leakage, GO Actionable TAT, and persistency rates at 13th and 25th months.">
  • POS discrepancy rate and resolution TAT management.">
  • Auto-pay registration conversion percentage improvement.">
  • Audit rating enhancement.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in customer service, operations, or finance.">
  • Preferably with experience in Banking, Telecom, or Insurance.">
