">Job Description
">The primary responsibility of this role will be to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through written communication channels, including email. This requires effective written communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle various queries efficiently.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information to address customer queries and concerns.
Candidate must be well-versed with social media and trends and have strong written communication skills.
This position involves working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
">Requirements
">We are looking for candidates with excellent English writing skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
A background in Brand Management or Content Writing will be advantageous but not required.
This role does not require backend or chat support experience.
">What We Offer
">HGS offers a competitive salary of approximately $28,000 per annum, based on 6 days working with rotational shifts and week-off, with a maximum contract period of 6 months.
Additionally, we provide transport drop facility for shift ending at 1am.
Candidates must be willing to work from Mira Road to Churchgate only.
