Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.

  • This includes handling financial compliance, statutory filings, and company registrations.
  • You will be required to prepare and manage documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Additionally, you will need to track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing.
  • Guiding clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in company registration, licensing, and regulatory filings.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing.
  • Guide clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup.
  • Support timely filing of returns with the relevant authorities.
  • Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of filings, transactions, and reports.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from a commerce background (B.com, M.com BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and tax laws.
  • Working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and compliance procedures is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage accurate documentation.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in finance, compliance, and regulatory work.
