AI Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled AI engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing industrial-grade AI systems that process large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Ingestion and Processing: Design multimodal retrieval architectures over various data sources, including PDFs, CAD drawings, and regulations. Implement hybrid retrieval with reranking, targeting high accuracy and traceable citations.
  • Industrial Data Pipelines: Ingest and normalize heterogeneous data sources, ensuring schema validation, redaction, and temporal versioning. Integrate external APIs for regulatory updates.
  • Production AI Systems: Orchestrate ensemble decisioning with strict service level agreements (SLA) and cost-optimized Large Language Model (LLM) flows. Operate on cloud-based infrastructure with robust monitoring and analytics tools.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in building production AI/ML or search systems; 3+ enterprise deployments end-to-end.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and strong systems thinking and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, and evaluation metrics.
  • Experience with MLOps/SRE practices, including versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, and cost/performance trade-offs.
