Job Title: Advanced System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced System Engineer to lead the development of end-to-end test solutions for avionics simulation benches. The successful candidate will work in core architecture, develop effective test solutions, and integrate them into aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute and lead requirements analysis, decomposition, and implementation of test stations
  • Understand both hardware and software development life cycles
  • Create robust avionics simulation benches for product families and configurations
  • Leverage principles of model-based development system design, systems integration, validation, and verification, certification with good problem-solving skills
  • Contribute to innovation and new product development for enhancing test systems design, cost, and cycle time
  • Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements, define overall vision, and communicate ideas and solutions to teams
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand overall test solution needs
  • Work in technologically complex systems with multiple constraints and take smart risks
  • Map competitive landscapes, benchmark designs, and track technology trends
  • Coordinate projects, manage budgets, and schedules
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Avionics Domain with hands-on experience in test solution development
  • B.E./B.TECH or equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience in C/C++, C#, Python, and tools like MS Visio, Visual Studio, and MS Excel
  • Good understanding of analog and digital communication protocols
  • Quick learner with excellent communication skills
