Job Title: AI Model Architect

We are looking for an experienced AI model architect to design and develop cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.

This is a high-impact role for engineers passionate about LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering — with the opportunity to work across advanced AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop Generative AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks
  2. Build, integrate, and fine-tune LLMs and AI models into production systems
  3. Implement RAG pipelines and manage vector databases
  4. Apply prompt engineering and tokenization for optimized outputs
  5. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams
  6. Test, deploy, and monitor models for performance and scalability
  7. Stay up to date with Gen AI advancements, tools, and frameworks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Gen AI experience of at least 1.6 years
  • Agentic AI experience of at least 6 months
  • Python experience of at least 3–5 years with prompt engineering experience
  • LLMs knowledge including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • Vector databases and RAG pipeline expertise
  • LangChain libraries and AI agent familiarity
  • Cloud deployment experience preferably on Azure (AWS/GCP also acceptable)
