Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing secure data privacy controls, delivering comprehensive audit logs, and implementing robust safety features.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data exposure and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for AI usage to ensure seamless operation.
  • Implement robust safety features, including fine-tuned security layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain a detailed internal guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management.
  • Develop knowledge bases and wikis to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for AI-related incidents, providing expert-level support and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
