Job Title: IT Infrastructure SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage software installation, updates, and licensing compliance.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with setting up new user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, data backups, and security checks.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, repairs, or replacements.
  • Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset management records.
  • Provide both on-site and remote IT support to staff as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Basic knowledge of software applications (MS Office, Antivirus, etc.).
  • Familiarity with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
