Job Overview

The role of the IT Support Specialist encompasses comprehensive technical support across various aspects of IT infrastructure, including end-user services, networking, servers, and systems management.

This position involves providing proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and service management to ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks).
  • Respond to user requests and incidents via an IT helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
