Job Title: Study Abroad Advisor

Overview of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a dedicated advisor for students pursuing higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will provide personalized guidance, support, and counseling to ensure a seamless experience for students navigating the complex process of studying overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students one-on-one to assess their goals, background, and eligibility for international programs.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies to enhance their chances of success.
  • Support students through the admission process, including application filing, documentation, letters of recommendation, statements of purpose, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa application process, preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices as needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Participate in training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings to enhance professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong command of English. Key competencies include:

  • A empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape, including prominent destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
