Job Opportunity

As a seasoned professional in Business Analysis, you will be responsible for dissecting business processes and data to pinpoint trends, issues, and areas for improvement. You will craft actionable reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dissect business processes and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Create and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform operational decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and strategies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and plans.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including resource allocation and schedule management, to optimize efficiency and collaboration.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Coordinate with HR and facilities management to address team needs and maintain a conducive work environment.
  • Facilitate communication and maintain documentation to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools, with advanced skills in Excel, including VBA/Macros, and proficiency in Tableau.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications include excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with strong attention to details, ability to work independently and as part of a team, experience in project management, willingness to work during US hours from India, and a Master's degree.
