Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee our warehouse operations in the West Region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take charge of our regional warehouse management.

  • Leadership & Oversight: Supervise and direct warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for regional warehouse P&L, including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive efficiency in inbound logistics, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key customers, ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Technology & Automation: Leverage WMS and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
