Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Executive to oversee warehouse operations. This role involves coordinating warehousing and distribution activities to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

This position requires efficient completion of warehouse tasks within defined timelines and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Familiarize yourself with warehouse processes including GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away.
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels at warehouses to maintain high accuracy.
  • Generate reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures.
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders.
  • Create E-way bills, Good Receipts, and verify vendor invoices as per agreement.
  • Collaborate with external and internal team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar profile with e-commerce or fulfillment centers (2-5 years). Familiarity with WMS/SAP-like ERP packages is an advantage.

  • Degree holder with knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks under pressure and work 6 days a week.
