Compassionate Care Advocate

We're a purpose-driven team dedicated to providing inclusive, accessible, and personalized support services. Our holistic mobile app empowers individuals to recognize, prevent, and overcome challenges like abuse, mental health struggles, and relationship issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist users with application cases relating to abuse, mental health, and trauma through voice and non-voice interactions on our platforms.
  2. Conduct user assessments: Evaluate symptoms, identify risk factors, and formulate customized plans for comprehensive care.
  3. Crisis intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention for individuals experiencing distress, assessing safety, facilitating de-escalation, and coordinating referrals as needed.
  4. Educate clients and their families about rights violations, mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available to support their well-being.
  5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, including creating content.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions in compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  7. Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about current developments in the field, participating in ongoing training, and pursuing growth opportunities as appropriate.
  8. Promote awareness about abuse, trauma, and mental health, reducing stigma, and advocating for holistic wellness.
Requirements:
  1. Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling.
  2. Preferred candidates specialized in counselling psychology.
  3. Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  4. Typing speed of 30-35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  5. Able to empathize with individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice, providing compassionate support and understanding.
  6. Deep understanding of mental health and well-being, committed to promoting mental health awareness and support.
  7. Collaborative team player with a structured and conceptual approach to work.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
