
Senior Health Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our nursing services team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement self-management plans for patients, family members, and caregivers, empowering them to actively participate in their health management.
You will be responsible for managing the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients, ensuring continuity and quality of care. Additionally, you will coordinate care transitions within and between multidisciplinary teams and across different healthcare settings.
Your expertise in clinical risk management and quality improvement initiatives will enable you to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that promote patient safety and satisfaction.
In collaboration with inter-professional healthcare teams, you will deliver evidence-based care that meets the unique needs of each patient. You will also lead emergency response activities during medical emergencies or crisis situations, demonstrating your ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Clinical Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting is required.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is necessary.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
