Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

 

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning
    • Lead project planning sessions, develop project schedules, and set key performance indicators.
  • Team Coordination
    • Coordinate staff and internal resources, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Project Progress Management
    • Manage project progress, monitor deadlines, and adapt work as required.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure projects meet deadlines, standards, and client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Documentation Management
    • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Performance Review
    • Conduct regular project reviews, create detailed reports for executive staff, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement
    • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Business Development
    • Secure new business opportunities, initiate new projects, and expand existing ones.

 

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 8-11 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in German language.
    • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
    • Experience in managing medium to large-scale projects.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
