Job Title: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Professional

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for wealth management, banking, and financial services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of FSC data models, action plans, referrals, client lifecycles, and relationship management. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools is also required.

A successful implementation will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, integrating FSC with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware, and ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

This is a remote opportunity that requires immediate availability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are essential for success in this role:

  • At least 6 years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • FSC Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

The following skills are beneficial but not necessary for the position:

  • Experience with Wealth Management, Insurance, or Banking domain processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
