We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence professional to drive business strategy and operations through advanced analytics from diverse data sources.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau.
    • Provide actionable insights for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Data Management:
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
    • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems and supply chain databases.
    • Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align on BI initiatives.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence:
    • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
    • Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Train team members and stakeholders on the use of BI tools and data interpretation.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills)
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
