Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Executive to join our team at GFL Recruitment Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing and a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content tailored to each social media platform and target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize strategies and content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
  • Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
  • Ability to create content using Adobe suite or platforms like Invideo.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience with paid social media advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media content.
  • Experience with graphic design tools, video editing software, or other multimedia creation tools.
  • Certification in social media marketing or related fields.
