Job Title: SEO Executive

At GFL Recruitment Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content including text, images, videos, and graphics tailored to each social media platform and target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand, and actively participate in conversations to foster engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize strategies and content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, including algorithm changes and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify our social media presence and reach new audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
  • Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Ability to create content using Adobe suite or platforms like Invideo.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience with paid social media advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media content.
  • Experience with graphic design tools, video editing software, or other multimedia creation tools.
  • Certification in social media marketing or related fields, such as Facebook Blueprint.
