Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your time and professional development, ensuring accountability for your results and prioritizing workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Medical teams to execute digital campaigns in a timely manner, adhering to content plans.
  • Support special projects and develop pilots for new digital promotion models.
  • Provide support to marketing teams during campaign execution, monitoring, and optimization, as well as managing reports.
  • Optimize digital campaigns and content on web platforms and other channels, focusing on user experience.
  • Update platforms for health professionals, adhering to policies and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain local documentation as required by legislation, including archiving, tracking, and retrieval.
  • Manage digital platforms in coordination with regional or local support.
  • Support the Area Manager in developing digital editorial calendars and approvals, and their execution in various channels.
  • Support analytical insights to inform functional decisions, trigger actions, and follow up on performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the highest levels of compliance to norms, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience in Marketing, digital marketing, or commercial fields.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to solve routine problems and convey issues constructively.
  • Ability to make basic decisions with an understanding of the consequences.
  • Understanding of both pharma industry and scientific academic research environments.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes.
