Job Summary:

We have two exciting entry-level positions available: Corporate Trainer and Digital Marketing Executive. As a fresher, you will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed for these roles. Your performance during the interview will determine your placement into one of the two positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Trainer:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Help create training materials and resources.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
  • Support employees in their learning and development journey.

Digital Marketing Executive:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Help manage social media accounts and online presence.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends.
  • Support content creation and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent (recent graduates are welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills. Basic understanding of corporate training or digital marketing concepts is a plus. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
