As a paid search media buying manager, you will lead the development and optimization of paid search media buying strategies across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities:
  1. media buying strategy: Build and develop a cutting-edge approach to paid search media buying for our clients.
  2. team guidance: Lead a team in executing paid media campaigns that adhere to industry-standard best practices in paid search and guide creative strategy.
  3. ad account optimization: Continuously optimize ad accounts to achieve exceptional results for our clients.
  4. client relationships: Foster strong client relationships and collaborate with other team members to drive success.
  5. team growth: Contribute to the growth and structure of our paid search media team, assisting in training and up-skilling the wider team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience managing multiple search campaigns simultaneously.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  3. Able to multitask and self-driven, proactive in nature.
  4. Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  5. An active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  6. Confidence with numbers and data analysis.
  7. An eye for precision and attention to detail.
  8. A good working knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  9. Google AdWords Certification is a plus.
