Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Admissions Manager to oversee the entire admissions lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing student outreach and application evaluation, driving branding and outreach for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, and ensuring alignment with our vision, policies, and strategic goals.

  • Manage the admissions process from end-to-end to ensure a smooth applicant experience.
  • Verify application documents for completeness and eligibility.
  • Evaluate applicants based on academic records, test scores, recommendations, and criteria.
  • Collaborate with the admissions committee for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Admissions Process Management
  • Oversee end-to-end admissions to ensure a smooth applicant experience.
  • Verify application documents for completeness and eligibility.
  • Evaluate applicants based on academic records, test scores, recommendations, and criteria.
  • Collaborate with the admissions committee for informed decision-making.
Student Recruitment & Outreach

As an Admissions Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Representing the institution at educational fairs, open houses, and recruitment events.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Organizing campus tours, info sessions, and related activities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, and external agencies to strengthen student pipelines.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

You will serve as the primary contact for prospective students and parents, addressing inquiries, offering guidance, and facilitating smooth communication. You will also coordinate with academic departments, financial aid offices, and other stakeholders.

Performance & Compliance

The successful candidate must:

  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates and enrollment goals.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Analyze admissions data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Team Leadership & Collaboration

As a leader, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions team for high performance.
  • Foster collaboration with marketing, academic, and administrative units.
  • Address and resolve admission-related issues or disputes promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Education, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in admissions, preferably in reputed management institutes or B-schools.
  • Demonstrated success in student recruitment and meeting enrollment targets.
