About the Role:

The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes. This position requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Monitor key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn rate, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of board presentations and investor reports.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, MCOM).
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of SaaS metrics and financial reporting standards.
