
Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to drive business growth from our India Delivery Centers.
This role requires collaboration with Business Managers, Technical Direction, and Account Managers, reporting directly to the India Head - Presales. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bid management, including value proposition development, solution creation, commercial considerations, partner identification, competitive landscape analysis, and risk management.
- Collaborate with Technical Direction and Business Organizations to develop and implement pre-sales strategies
- Ensure offers and project references are prepared and ready for bidding
- Analyze market trends and anticipate major RFI/RFP opportunities and associated risks
- Support new business strategy development and implementation
- Coordinate bid preparation and document management
- Manage bid process timelines and deliverables
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Units, Technical Direction, and Global Pre-sales
- Analyze bid performance and identify areas for improvement
- Capitalize on best practices, offers, and templates to maximize win rate and reuse
10+ years of experience in bid and offer management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
