As a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert, you will lead the implementation and support of Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules. Your expertise will be utilized in configuring, integrating, and supporting these modules in global environments through virtual desktop infrastructure.

A key objective of this role is to collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions that meet client needs
  • Configure and integrate modules for seamless functionality
  • Provide timely resolutions to issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least
  • 3+ years in RCM (Recruiting Management)
  • 3+ years in RMK (Recruiting Marketing)
  • 2+ years in ONB (Onboarding)
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules
