  • Leading end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations for UK-based customers ensuring solutions align with local statutory and regulatory needs.
  • Running Business Process Reviews mapping workflows uncovering pain points and defining actionable improvements.
  • Facilitating client workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions in unionised and non-unionised environments.
  • Configuring and supporting Employee Central Core Time Off and Time Tracking optimising for UK HR scenarios.
  • Partnering with payroll and technical teams to validate and support payroll integrations.
  • Delivering consulting-quality outputs process maps gap analysis recommendation logs and future-state blueprints.

Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, along with the ability to travel to the UK for client workshops. Immediate availability is a plus. Bonus points for experience in unionised environments, consulting-standard deliverables, or S/4HANA/Payroll touchpoints.
