Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

  • A key role in the procurement and inventory management process, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production requirements.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure a smooth supply chain.
  • Collaborate with quality control to release materials as per production needs.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the team.
  • Provide training and updates on departmental SOPs to junior personnel.
  • Maintain adherence to cGMP and statutory regulations during operations.
  • Prepare management information reports as needed.
  • Verify and ensure maintenance of accurate records for cGMP and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure material receipt, storage, and dispensing follow defined procedures with reference to MSDS.
  • Handle rejected materials return/destruction following established procedures.
  • Perform calibration verification of weighing balances according to respective SOP.
  • Maintain designated area environment conditions as per SOP.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance with the engineering department as per the preventive maintenance plan.
  • Ensure scheduled calibration of standard weights/balances/instruments is completed on time.
  • Enforce safety protocols within the team during operations.
  • Monitor receipt/storage/issuance of engineering/miscellaneous materials as per defined procedures.
  • Contribute to developing protocol/reports for equipment qualification with engineering support, participate in qualification studies.
  • Support temperature mapping in areas, prepare and participate in mapping studies.
  • Dispatch finished goods to customers on time with proper documentation.
  • Ensure upkeep of areas.
  • Take the lead in initiating/evaluating/timely closing change controls/deviations.
