Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all branch logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and dispatch
  • Timely placement of trucks and tracking of truck movements
  • Lead and manage drivers and administrative personnel
  • Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Ensure daily MIS reports are provided to all stakeholders
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
