Research Lead

About the Position:

This is a mid-senior level role suitable for someone with a background in human-centric research, possessing experience and interest in multi-modal research such as user journeys, product research, ethnography, etc.

You will be responsible for leading diverse projects in consumer and product research, collaborating closely with design, brand, product, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Someone who is curious, self-driven, and enthusiastic about learning various topics
  • Believes in the fundamental power of consumer insights and intelligence
  • Likes experimenting with new methods to find innovative insights
  • Structured, thorough, and ethical
  • Has experience in multi-modal research, ethnography, product, and user research

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-modal research
  • Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai
  • Genuine and deep interest in AI is a bonus

Additional Information:

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
