Job Overview:

This role is part of our Resource Planning Center of Excellence, responsible for planning, reporting, and analyzing worldwide personnel-related costs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze headcount and personnel costs with People & Culture and business leaders, providing clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Planning: Help manage planning and forecasting of personnel costs, including monthly forecast submissions and annual budgeting cycle.
  • Process Optimization: Maintain standardized financial processes for personnel cost management and develop system and business process flows to drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • Management Reporting: Work with our Reporting team to upgrade reporting systems, enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and usability.
  • Change Management: Support the design, testing, and rollout of future-state tools and processes that streamline reporting, planning, and analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders on initiatives involving personnel costs, contributing to financial reviews and business case development.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, providing training, direction, support, and performance feedback.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with financial control, management reporting, and business analyses, preferably in an international environment.
  • A strong understanding of accounting and forecasting principles, financial analysis and reporting, and financial/application controls.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade across organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel and other Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing tasks and deadlines.
