**Job Description:**
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include lead generation, sales process management, relationship building, and market knowledge.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in HR software.
- Strong understanding of the HR landscape and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Lead generation and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis, deliver product demos, and prepare proposals to close deals.
