Customer Support Specialist for Consumer Products

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in providing top-notch service to consumers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message to resolve consumer inquiries and issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer issues, escalating complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identifying root causes and utilizing available tools and resources to find solutions.
- Document and track support requests, ensuring accurate notation of customer concerns.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Meet quality standards, adhere to schedules, and strive for optimal average handle time.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and operation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of products, services, and business operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and sensitivity when interacting with customers.
