Business Delivery Lead

This role is pivotal in driving business solutions that meet the needs of supply chain stakeholders.

As part of a digital transformation office, you will work closely with technical architects, business analysts, product owners, user experience designers, and business application developers to provide high-quality digital solutions.

  • Design, implement, unit test, and build business applications using React, .NET Core, Node.js, Azure, AWS, and agile methodologies.
  • Develop and administer CI/CD pipelines in cloud-hosted Git repositories and source control artifacts via Git.
  • Assist software designers with creating detailed software design specifications.
  • Complete reviews of software architecture documents.
  • Participate in system specification review processes to ensure requirements can be translated into valid software architectures.
  • Integrate internal and external product designs into cohesive user experiences.
  • Partner with customer success teams and aid in triaging and troubleshooting customer support issues.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
  • Maintain project reporting including dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burn-down, velocity, and resource utilization.
  • Facilitate discussions, assessments of alternatives, decision-making, and conflict resolution within development teams.
  • Participate in design, review, and planning meetings.
  • Identify and track metrics indicating software performance.
  • Handle technical and non-technical queries from development teams and stakeholders.
  • Own technical solutions and ensure all technical aspects are implemented as designed.
  • Ensure best practices and policies are followed in development.
