Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Architect to design and develop enterprise data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design cloud-based data platforms aligning with business and technical requirements.
  • Define data models, storage strategies, data ingestion, processing, and consumption frameworks.
  • Implement data lakes, warehouses, and marts using BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and Composer.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand data needs.
  • Design data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for cloud-based data platforms.
  • Optimize data workflows, query performance, and storage costs.
  • Lead data migration initiatives from on-premise or other cloud platforms to GCP.
  • Stay updated with GCP services and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 6–8 years in data architecture and engineering roles with at least 3 years hands-on experience with GCP.
  • Strong expertise in GCP data services.
  • Proficient in data modeling, warehousing concepts, ETL pipelines, and big data processing frameworks.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
