Job Title: Senior Cloud Data Architect

Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Architect to lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines using GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Data Fusion, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience implementing data integration solutions to ingest, process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • A strong understanding of data quality and integrity is essential for this role, including validation, cleansing, and transformation processes.
  • You will develop and maintain data models, schemas, and metadata to support data analytics and reporting.
  • Maintenance of data pipeline performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency is crucial for success in this position.
  • Prior experience with GCP technologies and best practices is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on GCP.
  • Proficiency in GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Data Fusion, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and PLSQL.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
