We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a key role that focuses on managing business-related tasks and responsibilities. The primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional support to the organization by handling various administrative duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage expense reports and invoices, adhering to firm-wide policies and procedures.
  • Develop strong partnerships with team members and cross-functional peers to achieve common goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring team members to ensure their growth and development.
  • Effectively handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactively take on additional responsibilities to contribute to the organization's success.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts and supplier services teams to drive mutual goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written abilities to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Data analysis skills, particularly in Excel, to review data efficiently and accurately.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to show urgency when necessary.
  • Self-motivation, work independence, and effective teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
