Job Title: SPS Associate
Job Description:
The Selling Partner (SP) Support Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between Amazon and its valued sellers. This dynamic individual serves as the primary point of contact, providing timely and accurate operational support to ensure a superior experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced contact center environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities with the appropriate sense of urgency.
- Resolve complex queries from sellers leveraging strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Provide exceptional service to sellers, building trust and strengthening relationships through empathy, active listening, and rapport building.
- Adeptly navigate multiple communication channels concurrently, including phone/chat and email, to engage with sellers effectively.
- Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication, actively listening and empathizing with seller needs.
- Consistently deliver on customer experience and efficiency goals.
- Maintain excellent levels of confidentiality and data security standards, adhering to company policies and code of conduct.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation independently.
- Foster a positive and cooperative team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Fluent in English language
- Experience in working with operating systems (Windows) and using Office Suites (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 93%
