Lifelancer, a talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma and IT, is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Delhi, India.
We offer an attractive salary of ₹600,000 per annum.
Job DescriptionThis full-time on-site role involves conducting sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, lead generation activities, and quotation follow-ups.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Sales Presentations: Present products or services to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction between the client and the company under the observation of the Sales Head.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong negotiation and closing skills, goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets, and knowledge in Computer and emailing.
